As a husband-and-wife team deeply rooted in the local community, they combine decades of experience in construction, business, and community leadership to offer sustainable, high-quality homes tailored to modern living.

Matt brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the building industry, having worked his way from a qualified builder to project manager and later operations manager. His extensive knowledge of the construction process, coupled with long-standing relationships with trusted local tradespeople, ensures every Green Home is built to the highest standard—with integrity, precision, and care.

Victoria, a passionate community advocate, has successfully run a local women’s fitness business for the past 14 years, while raising their three sons. Her strong organisational skills, commitment to wellbeing, and natural leadership have also been evident in her years of coaching and managing local children’s sports teams, as well as her role on the Leamington junior sports committee.

Together, they are committed to building energy-efficient, future-focused homes that support healthier lifestyles and a better environment.
