Description

This ever popular house plan has been tweaked to suit several clients, who fell in love with the high ceilings, open plan living and entertainment areas and options to close off zones to create private spaces.

The oak floors in the living area, ply clad ceiling in the kitchen and select lighting gave a Scandinavian feel, which continued to the exterior cladding, using the Sioo:x method to treat the Abodo cladding on the front.

Clever use of shading and window sizes give this home heaps of natural light and protection from the harshest summer sun whilst allowing the heating rays to shine through in Winter.
